AACHI Rice Idli Mix 500g

Aachi  Instant Mix Rice Idli - combination of rice and lentil to prepare steamed rice cake.

Ingredients: Rice, Black lentil, Fenugreek, Salt, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate, Acidity regulator: Malic acid Idli (Idly) is a type of savoury rice cake, originating from South India, popular as a breakfast food in Southern India and in Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. With Aachi ready to cook instant mix you will cook 12-13 soft Rice Idlys.

3 Easy Steps to Make:

* Add 200g of Aachi Rice Idly mix to 300ml of water and 120g of sour curd to form butter. Keep aside for 5-10 min. 

* Steam butter in idly cooker or vessel for 10 min on medium to high flame.

* Serve hot with chutney
