AACHI Rava Dosa Mix 500g

Aachi  Instant Mix Rava Dosa.

Ingredients: Wheat semolina, Rice flour, Salt, Cumin, Black pepper, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate, Acidity regulator: Malic acid.   Allergen info: see in bold.  Rava Dosa is a traditional South Indian fried crispy brown pancake prepared from semolina batter. Usually in India, dosa is prepared for breakfast. With Aachi ready to cook instant mix you will cook 15-16 crispy golden Rava Dosas (30 g of mix per 1 Dosa)

3 Easy Steps to Make:

* Mix 200g of Rava Dosa mix with 500ml of water.  Mix into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5-7 min. 

* Grease a flat non-stick pan with oil and heat on medium flame. Pour batter in the center of the hot pan and spread outward circular motion to get a thin Dosa. Add 1 tsp oil around the batter and cook on the high flame until golden brown.

* Remove from pan once cooked and serve hot.
