Wejee Quick Cooking Tapioca pearls with Matcha flavour

Ingredients: tapioca starch in ball form, Water, Modified starch, Matcha powder, Edible essence, Salt, Acidity regulator E262, Thickener E412

Tapioca (Sago, Cassava, Sabudana) is a granular starch product obtained from cassava roots. Tapioca pearls are a healthy source of carbohydrates with a low cholesterol content, they practically do not contain fats and proteins, and they do not contain gluten. It is a high-calorie but easily digestible food, so it can be part of a gluten-free diet. Tapioca contains calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.

Preparation: Cook for 2 min in boiling water. 

You can add in drinks such as Bubble Milk Tea, Bubble Tea, Iced Tea or use in desserts.
