Tahini is a traditional ingredient in Arabic cuisine, main part popular dishes such as falafel, hummus. It is also serves as a base for many sauces. When using the paste is diluted with water to the consistency of liquid sour cream, adding lemon juice, salt and garlic. In Turkey, the paste is mixed with fruit syrup. In Iraq it is spread on bread with data syrup, in Greece - with honey. The Iranians make a sweet halwa from Tahina, while the Egyptians add it to the fried meat as a snack. Japanese cuisine uses Tahina mainly as a main ingredient in the popular Gomadare sauce.
Sesame paste is suitable for the production of dressings, sauces, marinades, and also as a spread on bread.
