Ingredients: 100% Roasted and Grinded Sesame Seeds.

Tahini is a traditional ingredient of Arabic cuisine, an essential part of many dishes, such as falafel, hummus, and also serves as a base for many sauces. 

When used, the paste is diluted with water to the consistency of liquid sour cream, adding lemon juice, salt and garlic. In Turkey, pasta is mixed with fruit syrup. In Iraq, it is spread on bread with this syrup, in Greece - with honey. The Iranians make sweet halva from mud, and the Egyptians add it to fried meat as a snack. Japanese cuisine uses tahina mainly as the main ingredient in the popular Gomadare sauce.
