AACHI Madras Sambar Powder 50g

Aachi Spice mix for the popular Indian dish Madras Sambar.

Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli Powder,  Black Pepper, Cumin, Red Lentil, Fenugreek, Compounded Asafoetida, Turmeric, Salt.   Allergen info: This product is packaged in a facility that also processes celery, gluten, sesame, peanuts, soya, milk and sulphites.

Sambar is a lentil-based vegetable stew, cooked with pigeon pea and tamarind broth.

Preparation:

* Boil 100g of Toor Dal. * Take 2 tbsp edible oil, add mustard, chopped onions, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. *Take 100g cut vegetables of your choice,  tomatoes, 1/2 cup tamarind juice, 2 tbsp of Aachi Sambar powder, salt to taste and cook with pre-boiled Toor Dal for 15 minutes. * Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

    Tasty Sambar is ready to serve.
