AACHI Sambar Powder 100g

Aachi Spice mix for the popular Indian dish Sambar.

Ingredients: Coriander, Red Lentil, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Mustard,  Salt, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Ginger.  Allergen info: Contain mustard.  This product is packaged in a facility that also processes celery, gluten, sesame, peanuts, soya, milk and sulphites.

Sambar is a lentil-based vegetable stew, cooked with pigeon pea and tamarind broth.

Preparation:

* Boil 200g of Toor Dal. * Take 2 tbsp edible oil, add mustard, onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. *Take 100g cut vegetables, 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, 50g of Aachi Sambar powder, salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. * Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

    Tasty Sambar is ready to serve.
