Swagat Kalonjee (Nigella Sativa, Nigella Seeds, Onion Seed, Black Cumin).

Nigella seeds contain a variety of useful substances - proteins, fats and carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids. The seeds are used as a tasty spice. They are characterized by a slightly pungent taste and a pleasant earthy aroma.
