Triphala has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years and is considered one of the best traditional detoxification remedies. Traditional Ayurvedic combination of 3 fruits - Amalaki, Bibhitaki a Haritaki, used for detoxification and general regeneration of the organism, cleans the digestive tract, especially the intestines, from accumulated residues.  It supports the absorption of nutrients and helps with flatulence. It also helps to stimulate metabolism and speed up fat burning, improves appetite, reduces over acidification of the body, has an anti-inflammatory or antibacterial effect or even prevents tooth decay.
