Poha rice flakes are a natural dietary product due to their content of easily digestible proteins. Rice flakes improve metabolism, normalize the activity of the nervous system, improve liver function and increase immunity. They are a source of vitamins B, PP, E, A. They contain a large amount of potassium, which helps remove excess moisture from the body.

Pawa can be used to quickly and easily prepare delicious rice porridge with fruit for breakfast, cooking and baking.

The flakes are easily digestible, and therefore suitable for small children, seniors or people after illness. They taste great boiled, mixed, complemented by grated apples, cinnamon, nuts, sweetened with a little rice syrup and a drop of walnut oil.

Rice flakes a little harder than flakes from other cereals, so soak them in advance and then cook.
