Nishaan Chakki Roti (Chapatti).
Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Vegetable oil, Humectant (Glycerol), Acids (Citric and Malic Acid), Sugar, Stabilizer (Guar Gum), Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Propionate), Salt.
Traditional Chapatti (Roti) is an Indian unleavened bread prepared on hot Tawa (Indian pan). Chapati are made from whole meal flour. It is usually consumed hot.
Preparation method:
Heat each side of the Roti for 15 seconds in a hot pan
Heat the bread at full power for 30 seconds
